We truly enjoyed this hotel. Helpful staff suggested restaurants. Rooms include TV with satellite channels, a heating system and ironing facilities. Moreover, free WiFi was handy.

A wide array of extra supplies: a heating system, a coffee machine and ironing facilities. We used the shuttle bus too.

The bed was alright
I called ahead and ask if they have an indoor pool and they said yes so I booked the room and I get there in the pool was closed I went there So I could go swimming they should have told me it was broke down I could have went someplace else I needed to be in a pool for my back

Poor service from staff in evening and no laundry service during weekends.

The bed was comfortable and there were several premium channels offered through the cable network.
I had to take a cold shower at 7:30am. Bathroom was dated and in need of repair. Shower valve made a loud grinding noise while water turned on. Bathroom was awkwardly small.

Booked one bed non-smoking room but front staff kept saying no such room available, though finally got it. The whole check-in was too long!
