The bathroom fan was on all the time, but having a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets available was really convenient.

Convenient location near Allstate for concerts and close to the airport for easy pick-ups. Friendly staff, smooth check-in/out process, and ample parking. Good restaurant with delicious food, even amidst a busy and possibly short-staffed atmosphere. Cold breakfast buffet was the only downside. a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I called ahead and ask if they have an indoor pool and they said yes so I booked the room and I get there in the pool was closed I went there So I could go swimming they should have told me it was broke down I could have went someplace else I needed to be in a pool for my back

We loved the rooms with the constantly running bathroom fan and found the location to be ideal for our needs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property was very nice and clean, making us feel comfortable and safe. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect as it was right off the interstate, close to restaurants, gas stations, and the airport. We also loved that there was an on-site restaurant and bar which had a great atmosphere and reasonable prices. Additionally, this city is known for having probably the best pizza in Chicago, so we were thrilled to find out that the hotel was located near some fantastic pizza places.

The staff team was exceptionally nice. The rooms were spacious and equipped with a bathroom fan that is constantly running. The comfortable bed and TV were great features. The location next to Starbucks, Wendy's, Panda Express, and Quiznos was convenient. The price of US$ 88 was reasonable. The proximity to a grocery store was perfect.

Booked one bed non-smoking room but front staff kept saying no such room available, though finally got it. The whole check-in was too long!

The bed was comfortable and there were several premium channels offered through the cable network.

I had to take a cold shower at 7:30am. Bathroom was dated and in need of repair. Shower valve made a loud grinding noise while water turned on. Bathroom was awkwardly small.

Excellent customer service at check-in. I arrived late at night to find out that the hotel was overbooked. However, the staff quickly arranged for a room at a nearby property and provided transportation. The situation was handled efficiently, and the shuttle driver, Alex, was friendly and helpful. I appreciate the efforts made by the staff to accommodate me during this unexpected situation. I would recommend this hotel based on their excellent customer service.
